The Eye of Cthulhu is a boss in Terraria. It is commonly the first boss on both modes. On Normal Mode, it is seen as pretty easy and generally goes down with no death in recent seasons. On Expert Mode, it is very fast and deadly and few have gotten past it.

Attacks
The Eye of Cthulhu's only attack is to ram into you, with a few additional attacks to help out. After 50% HP the Eye switches to its second phase. On its first phase, it spawns minions and charges at you three times. On its second phase, it rams into you three times before floating around you again. On Expert Mode, it charges super fast and chases you, as well as spawning a good handful of minions when its health drops to 50%. It also has more HP the more players present when spawned in Expert Mode.
