Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This season is the debut of both Raven and Person, even though they've appeared in other scrapped HCs before
  • Jacob was heavily considered for Mortal Trial, but it was decided to keep it to a 7 person cast instead.
  • Mortal Trial is a reference to the video game franchise Mortal Kombat, even mimicking the logo style.
  • Originally the series was gonna be a trilogy with an over-arching narrative about simulations, but due to lack of interest in the direction it was scrapped in favor of a different approach and the recorded seasons (Mortal Trial II and Mortal Trial III) were never released.
