How to Defeat the Ender Dragon

Scattered across the End are pillars made of obsidian, on them are End Crystals, which if the Dragon gets close to, will let her regain some health, some of which are also protected by a cage made with iron bars. What you're supposed to do is destroy the Crystals before going for the main target, otherwise it'll just constantly heal her.

The best course of action is to fire arrows at the Crystals, or for the caged ones, break in and make a safe area before hitting them. However, you'll still need to be weary of the real threat, the Ender Dragon.

While trying to destroy the crystals, the Dragon can still ram into you and either kill you or send you flying or fire ender charges that spread out to hurt you and last a while., however, once you've destroyed the crystals, you can then turn your attention to the Dragon.

Make sure that when aiming arrows at the Dragon, that you don't accidentally look at an Enderman in the eye, as they are frequently scattered across the End.

If the Dragon goes to the centre, make sure you use a good melee weapon to attack her, as in this small phase, arrows will not harm her. Additionally, do not be in front of the Dragon, as it will breathe a constant stream of ender charge at where she is facing. Along with that, be careful when the Dragon turns around, as if you're not careful, you and her could collide and sent you flying.

Make sure you keep all of this in mind and soon you'll have whacked away all of her health and will have won the battle.
