Cody's HC is a fan hardcore hosted and edited by Cody that consists of one-off seasons with their own different name, style, and cast. Each season is condensed into a movie structured upload instead of the typical episodic format and is cut alongside a filmed narrative scene that plays throughout the season.

Trivia
- This series is the debut of both Raven and Person, even though they've appeared in other scrapped HCs before.
- Mortal Trial's namesake is an obvious reference to Mortal Kombat but the original name of the series was Triumph or Die, which would have been a reference to Street Fighter instead.
- In the teaser it shows footage from HC Ultima, a hardcore that was recorded months before Mortal Trial but was cancelled for various reasons.
- The intro can be found here, some editing concepts and cast members would return in Mortal Trial.
- The teaser portrays HC Ultima as a "failed simulation", a slight jab at the season for being a failed project.
