Murder Mystery Mini-SyKore III is the third Murder Mystery SyKore and the sixth mini-season of SyKore overall. It was both hosted and edited by SyKo while the portraits were made by Rocky. The cast consisted of SyKo, Raioknight, Jack Xiao Long, Funky, Bigga, Exley, SpaceFenix and Omegers. This was the first mini SyKore season since the original Murder Mystery to be edited by SyKo.

- This was the first Murder Mystery season that Fenix was in despite being a regular.
- Literally all of the guests (Funky, Bigga and Exley) were not originally planned to be in the cast due to all the original planned guests either dropping out or not being able to make the recording.
