The Ghast Queen is a boss in the Minecraft Mod "Nether Ex." It spawns in the Nether inside of an altar.

How to Defeat the Ghast Queen

The Ghast Queen is a more powerful Ghast that must be summoned from a Ghast Tear and a Potion of the Lost. After placing those two things in a Ghast Altar, the Ghast Queen will be summoned. It shoots fireballs and summons more Ghasts.
