Murder Mystery Mini SyKore #2 was the sequel to Murder Mystery #1 and the second mini SyKore run on SyKo’s channel. It was hosted and organized by SyKo, however, it was edited by Amber K.. It was declared to have a sequel due to the huge amount of demand for more Murder Mystery content on SyKo's channel and to fill in the massive void between Minecraft and Terraria SyKore. The cast consisted of SyKo, Raio, Inro, Techno, Leaf, Mongolian, Bread and Omegers.

Trivia

• Mongolian took Fenix's place after Fenix couldn't make the recording session.
• This was the first time Omegers won a round of Murder Mystery since last time, he was the only person to not have won. Ironically, Omegers has the most amount of wins this time around.
• Despite Inro playing as a Knife with a Mustache, she was the only person to not have been the murderer.
