Shortcore is a Hardcore Series hosted and edited by Cratetma, who also does the portraits. Emma, and Jervy are mains, with Ketchup and Faye being regulars, Cody S and Del are former mains.

- David in Pokémon Emerald Shortcore Restricted
Shortcore was created in part when Yoshi took Crate's Tetris HC joke too far. He also spawned the idea of a Pac-Man HC and tried to get a Donkey Kong HC recorded, but that never happened.
Tetris HC 1 was edited by Cody S, then Cameron edited Pac-Man HC, with Crate editing the rest of the seasons after Pac-Man HC.
A 1.8 Minecraft Shortcore was recorded at some point, but never came out and the only footage that was released was this.
